Grinding service means either re-sharpening the teeth or completely re-toothing the disk (depending on the state). Grinding is done according OEM specification on CNC controlled machines, and provided on a competitive price and short delivery times.

 

Your pulverizer will reach it normal production after being sharpened at KAMADUR B. V. For the pulverizing of plastics, wood and rubber we supply grinding service as well as new knives, we can also offer in-house coating with CrN, TIN, TiCN of TiAIN to ensure longer lifetime between grindings.

 

 

New pulverizer disks for machines like Zerma, Herbold, Pallmaan and other brands are produced according sample or drawing provided. We supply complete rings as well as segments and new disks can be coated as well the older ones.
