On special CNC controlled machines we grind the complete profile of the teeth: 1 mm off of the cutting edge means the profile is deepened 1 mm as well. Unlike other grindingservices, milling cutters that were ground by KAMADUR industrial knives B.V. keep their productioncapacity. With ever grinding a measuring report is made, so the cutter can be followed during it’s lifetime. When a milling cutter is delivered with bearings, these are checked before grinding and changes in-house when necessary.
