On special CNC controlled machines we grind entire profile of the teeth: 1 mm off of the cutting edge, deepening the profile by 1 mm.

 

Unlike other grinding services, milling cutters were placed by KAMADUR industrial knives B.V. which longers their production capacity. Measuring report is made for every grind made, so the cutter can be followed during it’s lifetime. Required chances can be made on these milling cutters after specific checks are made.
