On special CNC controlled machines we grind entire profile of the teeth: 1 mm off of the cutting edge, deepening the profile by 1 mm.

Measuring report is made for every grind made, so the cutter can be followed during it’s lifetime. Required chances can be made on these milling cutters after specific checks are made.

Grinding service means either re-sharpening the teeth or completely re-toothing the disk (depending on the state). Grinding is done according OEM specification on CNC controlled machines, and provided on a competitive price and short delivery times.

Your pulverizer will reach it normal production after being sharpened at KAMADUR B. V. For the pulverizing of plastics, wood and rubber we supply grinding service as well as new knives, we can also offer in-house coating with CrN, TIN, TiCN of TiAIN to ensure longer lifetime between grindings.
