KAMADUR industrial knives B.V. regrinds milling cutters (helical pelletizers) to strandpelletizers against competitive prices dimensions, number of teeth or quality:

On special CNC controlled machines we grind the complete profile of the teeth: 1 mm off of the cutting edge means the profile is deepened 1 mm as well. Unlike other grindingservices, milling cutters that were ground by KAMADUR industrial knives B.V. keep their productioncapacity. With ever grinding a measuring report is made, so the cutter can be followed during it’s lifetime. When a milling cutter is delivered with bearings, these are checked before grinding and changes in-house when necessary.

For the pulverizing of plastics, wood and rubber we supply grinding service as well as new knives.
Grinding service means either re-sharpening the teeth or completely re-toothing the disk (depending on the state). Grinding is done according OEM specification on CNC controlled machines, against a competitive price and with short lead times. Your pulverizer will reach it normal production after being sharpened at KAMADUR B. V. We can offer in-house coating with CrN, TIN, TiCN of TiAIN to ensure longer lifetime between grinding.
New pulverizer disks for machine like Zerma, Herbold, Pallmaan and other brands are produced according sample or drawing. We supply complete rings as well as segments.
New disks can be coated as well.
